Frequently Asked Questions
Can I join if I'm based outside Europe, Africa, or Asia?
Of course! The title just indicates the time zone focus (09:30 UTC). As long as the time works for your calendar, you are more than welcome in the room.
What do I need to join the session?
Just a laptop or desktop computer with a decent internet connection, your webcam, and a microphone. Everything runs directly in your web browser—no software downloads required.
How do I submit my matchmaking details?
As soon as you grab your ticket, you’ll be redirected to the form to complete your profile and share a little about your work and who you’re hoping to meet. If you can’t fill it in right away, we’ll also send a link via email.
What happens if I can't make it?
Don’t worry, things happen; we get it. If you’re unable to make it, please contact us at hello@latitudetourism.org at least 48 hours before the start of the event so that we can refund your ticket.
How does my ticket support grassroots environmental projects?
10% of every ticket sold from our events is donated directly to Sharing Seeds in Nepal, Action for Environmental Sustainability in Malawi, and Amigos de la Patagonia in Argentina. Thanks to our community, we’ve contributed over $1,400 since January 2025.
If you have any other questions, please get in touch with our team.
