How it Works
100 Minutes of Impact
1. Set Your Goals
Right after booking, you will fill out a short bio detailing exactly who you are and who you are looking to connect with.
2. Curated Matches
After a brief intro, we launch into four 10-minute networking rounds. You will be placed at virtual tables of three, hand-matched based on your bio preferences.
3. The Open Floor
Next, you have total freedom. For 45 minutes, roam the virtual space, double-click to join any table, and steer your own conversations before a quick wrap-up.
4. The Global Directory
Post-event, you get open access to the bios, LinkedIn, and Instagram profiles of every attendee across all regions. Plus, 10% of your ticket fee is directly donated to grassroots projects.

Answers to your questions
Who is this event for?
Latitude is for anyone serious about transforming tourism for the better, whether you’re a sustainability consultant, tour operator, travel writer, DEI strategist, or community leader. If you care about impact and connection, you’ll find your people here.
How does the networking format work?
Every session lasts 100 minutes. First, we hand-match you for four 10-minute networking rounds at tables of three based on your pre-event bio. Then, the virtual space opens up for 45 minutes, allowing you to freely roam, see who is sitting where, and double-click to join any conversation.
Do I need to prepare a pitch?
No. Please leave the sales deck at home. Just bring your curiosity, a brief intro about yourself, and maybe a notebook for ideas that spark. Latitude is about meaningful conversation, not awkward sales pitches.
Which session should I book?
Choose the session that aligns best with your local time zone or the specific international market you want to reach. If you want to expand your global footprint, upgrade to the Bridge Pass to unlock access to any two sessions of your choice.
Will there be a list of attendees afterwards?
After the final session wraps up, you will receive the Global Relay Directory. This gives you permanent, open access to the bios, LinkedIn profiles, and Instagram handles of every single attendee across all four global regions.
Will the event be recorded?
No. These are real-time, private conversations. We do not record them to ensure the space remains open, honest, and safe for genuine connection.
I've never done a virtual networking event before. Will I be guided?
Absolutely. You’ll have a host welcoming you in the main room, and the platform handles all the transitions automatically. We’ll walk you through it step-by-step so you can focus on connecting, not the tech.
What if I can’t stay for the full 100 minutes?
We recommend staying for the full experience to maximise your connections, but if you need to leave early, that’s totally okay.
Can I get a receipt for my business?
Yes. You will automatically receive a detailed receipt from Stripe via email immediately after booking, which typically contains all the information needed for expense reports and tax records.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are fully refundable as long as you contact us at hello@latitudetourism.org at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
